Registration

As a member of the Parkinson’s Foundation Global Care Network, it is an expectation that one Center Coordinator and Center Medical Director attend the annual Centers Leadership Conference (CLC). If there is a scheduling conflict or other reason for not attending, please notify the Foundation. Hotel and flight accommodations for additional Centers team members will be the responsibility of the Center and not covered by the Foundation.
