Frequently Asked Questions

  • If you are an approved additional center team member, an industry sponsor, or a nonprofit organization staff member not employed by Parkinson's Foundation, you will be charged a registration fee. Please refer to our Registration page for more information.

  • Yes! Please register for the conference and book your hotel room by Monday, November 2, 2026.

  • You can submit your poster abstract here.

  • The Foundation will cover the registration fee for one Medical Director per center.

  • The Foundation will cover the registration fee for one Coordinator per center. 

  • The Foundation will cover the cost of hotel accommodations (rooms, taxes, fees) at the Grand Hyatt Nashville for one Medical Director per Center for up to two nights—December 2 and 3.

  • The Foundation will cover the cost of hotel accommodations (rooms, taxes, fees) at the Grand Hyatt Nashville for one Coordinator or Co-Coordinator per Center for up to three nights— December 1, 2 and 3.
