The Foundation will cover the cost of hotel accommodations (rooms, taxes, fees) at the Grand Hyatt Nashville for one Global Care Network Center Medical Director for up to two nights—December 2 and 3.
Hotel accommodations must be booked by 11/2/2026 to take advantage of this coverage offer.
To reserve a hotel room, you will be asked to enter your credit card information. However, you will not be charged for the rooms, taxes, and fees as this will be directly billed to the Foundation. Any incidental hotel charges (e.g., mini bar, phone calls, etc.) or additional nights will be your responsibility.

Hotel and flight accommodations for additional team members will be the responsibility of the Center. Please note, Annual Center Award funding may be utilized for this purpose.

Taxi or ride share service from Nashville International Airport to the Grand Hyatt Nashville is recommended. Prices will vary depending on your arrival time.
